The monitor begins each session with exercises and simple goals, tailored to the level of each.

For beginners groups, the objectives are to learn the position up on the board and achieve autonomy. Classes are held at low tide for maximum safety in groups of 8 people.

For intermediate and advanced groups, those looking for passing the waves and improve their performance, classes are held at mid-tide, in groups of 8 people as well.

Surfboards used during classes are exclusively foam boards (G-board), adapted to the level of each.

The monitor is State qualified (Surfing & first aid diploma). For the safety  he has a first aid kit, a rescue board and a mobile phone. The surfing area is defined with a colored flag and the group wears the same colored rashtees.

If conditions do not allow surfing, classes will be rescheduled or refunded.
